I would just like to say how happy I have been with the service offered by your company. I cannot praise Gary enough. He is always prompt and polite on our frequent trips to Luton Airport and always makes me laugh on the journey – he is a star!!
I have used Direct travel for many years and would be reluctant to use anybody else, the drivers are always friendly and helpful they go the extra mile in helping transfer cases ect. Never had a worry about safe travelling for my grandchildren, they offer a range of childrens carseat and boosters, kids are kept entertained with Disney films on the pull down tv screen, I have always found the vehicles very clean and comfy.
I have used Direct Travel a few time to various airports, I have always found them to be on time, polite and very helpful, they always insist on putting my luggage in and out of the vehicle for me ( it’s the little touches ).
